It's that time of year where we focus on the past year and see it as a chance to improve ourselves at the start of the new year.
Did you know a 2007 study by Richard Wiseman from the University of Bristol involving 3,000 people showed that 88% of those who set New Year resolutions fail, despite the fact that 52% of the study's participants were confident of success at the beginning?
RESULTS: What Is Your New Year's Resolution?
We wanted to know what is YOUR New Year's Resolution? About 40% of listeners wanted to quit smoking, while 20% of respondents wanted to lose weight. A quarter of our voters wanted to save more money, while 10% of responses were to spend more time with family.
