The Loveland lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police is raising funds for the family of Officer Garret Osilka. The 36-year-old patrol officer was shot Sunday during a traffic stop in Loveland on Wednesday night. He is currently at ICU in a local hospital.

Anyone wishing to make donations to the Osilka family can do so at any Northstar Bank of Colorado location. There are branches in Loveland, Greeley and Johnstown; there are no Fort Collins Northstar Bank locations.

Donations can also be sent directly to:

Benevolent Fund
P.O. Box 2292
Loveland, CO 80539

Checks should be made payable to the Loveland FOP Benevolent Fund with "Osilka family" in the "memo" portion.
