Governor Jared Polis and other health officials are trying to implement a tobacco tax in Colorado. This is coming on the heels that Colorado is #1 in teen vaping. This would be on the next ballot in Colorado. Among raising regular tobacco, there would also be a tax on liquid nicotine, which is in a current loop hole of not being taxed.
