According to the Greeley Tribune, Weld County property rates increased in the most recent evaluations of 20-30%. Some of the Properties even increased by 50%. We will see if these trends continue with the passing of Senate Bill 181, which is going to be controversial over what happens to oil and gas in Weld County.
