Efrosini "Effie" Krokos from Loveland got a big payday for getting a citation for going topless in public. While play frisbee, she took off her shirt and went topless. A Loveland Police officer saw this and cited her with indecent exposure. Effie tried to protest the citation stating the new Fort collins regulation that was passed, to which the reply was that he hadn't been trained on anything new to this citation. According to sources, the officer handled the situation correctly in ordinance with the Loveland rules and regulations. The citation was later dropped, but it didn't end there. The City of Loveland decided to seattle for 50 thousand to make sure there was no further action.
