The City of Fort Collins Police Department is on the lookout for a "red or maroon vehicle that may possibly be a Honda CR-V with dark tinted windows."
A pedestrian was crossing the street at Mulberry and Howes when they were struck by a vehicle, causing major injuries. The vehicle took off and a Medina Alert was issued by the CBI.
