After a slow first quarter for Nebraska, where they trailed 10-0, the Huskers would fight back to take the lead in the beginning of the second half. At the start of the third quarter, the games was tied at 13. Nebraska would then march down the field with a 70 yard drive that would end with RB Rahmir Johnson's first career touchdown! That would be the first and only time Nebraska would have the lead. Iowa would fire back and then score the games final 13 points to win the game with the final score being Nebraska 20 Iowa 26.
