Eagles now have #1 selling album

In a story written by Matt Sebastian from the Daily Camera, he explains the Colorado ties that the Eagles have to this awesome state of ours. In 1971 they were paid $100.00 to play 5 nights at the Tulagi on Boulder's University Hill. The promoter of the show would go on to become a legend in the music industry, Chuck Morris. At the time, Chuck was a Student at the university of Colorado; and this was his first shot at promoting a show. Chuck is now the CEO of AEG PRESENTS ROCKY MOUNTAIN AND NORTHWEST REGIONS, which is one of the most well known concert promoters in the United States.  The  Eagles also have another Colorado Tie in adding Joe Walsh to the band, who wrote what has Become our state Anthem, Rocky Mountain Way. Read the Article Below. Jimmy Lakey also talked about the Album, the Colorado ties, and his own personal ties to the band. Listen to it below!
