There are quite a few people out there that didn't know, you cannot buy full strength beer at your local grocery store, or convenience store in Colorado. That is up until January 1st 2019. A few years ago there was a bill passed in Colorado legislation that allows grocery stores and convenience stores. It has always been that you could only buy 3/2 beer in Colorado at local grocery stores. The thing that is worrisome is there are a lot of local business owners who this is going to hurt.
