When the newly elected officials take over in January, it is of high priority for them to talk about Insulin and other drug prices. The amount of money people are spending on insulin is stupidly high; nothing has changed about insulin since the 1990's, yet the price keeps climbing? It's not just Insulin; it is a lot of prescription drugs that are putting people in the poor house. Having a genetic disease that is out of the person's control is not a democratic or republican thing, it is a people thing. We need to come together and be nonpartisan and help people survive! It is already expensive enough to live in this state as it is!
