Colorado is trying to ban teaching abstinence-only sex education in public schools. I am not sure that banning this is the way to go about it. I think that it should be included, along with teaching other methods as well. This is absolutely asinine. I agree with teaching other ways of sexual education, because let’s be honest, kids are going to have sex in high school. That doesn't mean you have to completely scrap teaching abstinence, it is a way to prevent STDs and babies after all.
