Jimmy Lakey had his hard drive go out recently on his computer, which made life frustrating for almost every aspect of life. He had to take it into a shop to have it fixed; good news though, it is back up and running! With fixes like that, come updates and backups. Jimmy had to end up calling customer service and they walked him through it. The Apple service representative was on the phone for an astounding two hours and forty nine minutes to ensure the update and backup worked correctly! This is very impressive and just makes you feel good! It almost gives you a sense of "faith in humanity restored" kind of vibe!
