There is a growing speculation that Leroy Garcia Democrat from the 46th district of Colorado is set to vote no on the Red Flag Bill. If it does pass, all it will need is a signature from Governor Polis, even if that means in the middle of the night. There are a few sources stating that Garcia will in fact cast a no vote on the Red Flag Bill.
