Did they forget about the low-income families?

According to Jesse Mallory of Complete Colorado, Jared Polis has a plan for energy that really only benefits the "privileged few." According to the article posted below, Mallory states, "In Colorado, as of 2017, more than a quarter of a million households lived in “energy poverty” — broadly defined as spending more than 10 percent of one’s income on energy bills." With that said, Colorado is also extremely high in heating costs. According to Mallory, "In the 2016-2017 winter season, home-heating costs increased dramatically: propane prices increased by more than 100 percent, the cost of natural gas increased by more than 91 percent, and fuel oil by nearly 13 percent."
