David Koch, billionaire conservative activist and philanthropist has passed away this morning. Koch stepped away from Koch Industries in the last few years due to deteriorating health. Koch Industries is the 11th richest companies in the world according to Forbes magazine. David Koch has made big contributions to conservative campaigns over the years. David Koch also contributed quite a bit of money to cancer research as well. He was a cancer survivor himself. “It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my brother David," Charles Koch said in a statement Friday.
