A six year old in Fort Collins found an unpleasant surprise in his bag of candy. The 6 year old pulled out a piece of candy that was wrapped in a condom. This is probably some Jackwagon college student thinking it would be funny, but it is disgusting! It makes me so mad; why would you feel the need to ruin a kid's Halloween for a damn joke? What a POS this person is! Whoever this person is, I hope you had a horrible day yesterday. Let this also be a PSA if you will, please check your kids candy bags! The mother of the child did call the fort Collins police, but they said there was nothing they could do.
